SESSION SAXOPHONIST
I have performed with many notable well known artistes, Elvis impersonators, Blues Brothers bands, function bands playing at celebrity events and weddings, playing background music in hotels around the UK and world together with adding LED sax in between band sets with the DJ adding a live, interactive element to the event.
I have played on several studio projects including a Walkers crisps advert and bands that need a horn section including playing all five parts of the saxophone section.
I am a very good reader as well as having learned by heart many of the standard repertoire found in the function and jazz band sets.
I play weekly with professional musicians where I blend well with their sound being able to alter my sound according to the event.
I am able to improvise over tracks and with live bands equally and add the cherry on the top with my saxophone throughout an event.
